I have always been a seeker, my journey with yoga started at a very young age. I was introduced to Bhakti yoga through my love for chanting and playing the harmonium. Bhakti Yoga is classically defined as the path of devotion for me, and it’s often referred to as the yoga of love.
Bhakti is one of the three primary paths to enlightenment laid out by Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita (the two other paths being jnana, the path of knowledge, and karma, the path of action, often interpreted as service to others).
Over the years, my teaching has evolved to welcome a more spiritual practice that brings opportunities to yogis for building connection to self, promoting balance, and creating physical and mental relaxation through Kundalini, Yin, Hatha and Mantra chanting.
I found that following the path of yoga has not only allowed me to grow into the strong and empowering woman that I am today but has allowed me access to heal and help many others who are searching for more.
