Together, we’ll journey to the sacred foothills of the Himalayas, where the Ganges flows and the energy of yoga can be felt in every breath. Rishikesh is a place that calls you inward – and we want you to be there with us to answer that call.
Whether you’re coming solo, with a friend, or your yoga mat in tow, this retreat is open to all levels – whether you’ve been practicing for years or are simply ready for a reset.

✔️ 7 nights at Sattva Yoga Retreat Centre – clean, spacious, and beautifully designed rooms
✔️ 3 nourishing meals daily – breakfast, lunch, and dinner
✔️ Daily yoga & meditation: Morning Puja, Morning Yoga, and Evening Yoga

❌ Optional workshops or excursions outside the retreat centre
