  • Cozy Environment: We have crafted a warm and cozy environment where your baby can feel safe and relaxed.

  • Photoshoot Opportunity: After the pampering session, you have the option to capture these precious moments in our designated photoshoot area

After the session, sit in our café space, meet other mums and enjoy a cold/hot beverage.

In addition to our Baby Pamper Spa sessions, we offer flexible session passes that can be mixed with our popular Mum and Baby Yoga sessions. This allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds, combining relaxation and bonding time with your baby through yoga and pampering.

What I love about pregnancy, postnatal yoga and baby massage.. 🧘‍♀️

During pregnancy the body is rapidly changing. The body is constantly challenged to quickly adjust to this constant change. Through these challenges yoga supports the mind, body and emotions to manage pain and build stamina during the different trimesters and through labour.

Effective pranayama and asanas works those vital core and pelvic floor muscles that are used during labour. It can be hard at times to stay positive with the rapid changes that come with pregnancy but yoga definitely helped me enjoy my pregnancy and I learnt to appreciate my pregnant body that carried my beautiful child in.

Becoming a mum has been a massive change, physically, mentally and emotionally. I found no better way to connect with myself again and to create a stronger bond with my baby than to practice yoga and baby massage. I found my strength again all with my baby by my side…
